By creating an account or subscribing to a paid plan on MenuLinks ("the Service"), operated by NONENAME TECHNOLOGIES S.A.S. de C.V. ("NoneName Technologies", "we"), you accept these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part, do not use the Service.
MenuLinks is a link-in-bio and digital menu platform for restaurants and businesses. The Free plan lets you build a public page with links and a menu with descriptions and images per item. The Pro plan adds reservations, comments, business information, an AI assistant (chatbot), an orders/point-of-sale system, QR ordering, statistics, and team roles (multi-store).
3.1 Free plan: no cost.
3.2 Pro plan: $450 MXN per month, VAT included. Billing is recurring and automatic every month via Stripe.
3.3 Prices are shown in Mexican pesos (MXN). We may change the price with at least 30 days' notice; current subscribers are not automatically re-charged at a different price than the one they subscribed to until you accept a new price.
4.1 By subscribing to the Pro plan you expressly authorize NoneName Technologies, through Stripe, to automatically charge your payment method every month until you cancel.
4.2 We will email you at least 7 days before each renewal, stating the date and amount of the next charge.
4.3 Your card details are processed and stored directly by Stripe; NoneName Technologies does not store them.
5.1 You may cancel at any time from the billing portal (downgrading to Free equals cancelling). Cancellation stops future charges.
5.2 Upon cancellation you keep access to Pro features until the end of the monthly period already paid for.
5.3 No refunds are granted for partial periods or unused time within a cycle already charged.
6.1 The Pro AI assistant is processed by Google Gemini. By enabling it, you acknowledge that visitors' questions and your business context are processed by that provider under its own privacy policy.
6.2 The AI may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or incorrect responses. Its answers are indicative and do not constitute professional advice. The business is responsible for the accuracy of its menu information and for verifying what the assistant communicates to its customers.
6.3 Use of the assistant is subject to daily limits for operational and security reasons.
The information you publish on your profile (name, description, menu, prices, images, links, and business data) is public and accessible to anyone, and may be indexed by search engines and AI crawlers. Do not publish information you do not want to be public.
8.1 Reservation data (customer name and email, date, and party size) is delivered only to the relevant business to manage it. The business is the data controller for that information; NoneName Technologies acts as the data processor. See the Privacy Policy.
8.2 Comments are public and subject to moderation by the business.
The Service relies on providers that process data for operational purposes: Google Gemini (AI assistant), Stripe (payments and subscriptions), Cloudflare R2 (image storage), Resend (email delivery), and Google (sign-in). Each is governed by its own privacy policy.
You agree to: provide truthful information; not use the Service for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purposes; not publish content that infringes third-party rights; not send spam; and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all content published on your page.
The Service, its software, and design are the property of NoneName Technologies. You retain all rights to your business content (menu, images, text).
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the Service, with or without prior notice. A suspended account loses access to the dashboard and its public page becomes unavailable.
13.1 The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind.
13.2 NoneName Technologies is not liable for: AI errors or inaccuracies; interruptions or outages of the Service or its providers; decisions made by you or your customers based on the Service; or loss of business, data, or profits arising from its use.
13.3 Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the previous 3 months.
The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, in accordance with Mexico's Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP).
We may update these Terms. Changes will be posted on the site and, when relevant, notified by email. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Mexico. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions stay in force.
