When a visitor makes a reservation on a business's page, that business is the data controller for the reservation data, and NoneName Technologies acts solely as the processor that transmits and safeguards it to deliver it to the business. Any matter regarding the use of that data should be directed to the relevant business.
We process data to: operate the platform and your public page; manage your subscription and billing via Stripe; deliver reservations to the business; send service notifications (including notices before each charge); and prevent abuse and fraud.
Some providers (Google, Stripe, Cloudflare) process data on servers outside Mexico. By using the Service you consent to these transfers, protected by each provider's contractual obligations.
We keep your account data while it is active and for a reasonable period after cancellation to meet legal and tax obligations. You may request early deletion, subject to those obligations.
We apply reasonable technical measures: encryption in transit (TLS), passkey authentication, and restricted access to data. No system is 100% secure; in the event of an incident affecting your data, we will notify you within 72 hours as required by law.
Under the LFPDPPP, you have the right to Access, Rectify, Cancel, and Oppose the processing of your data, as well as to revoke your consent. To exercise them, write to [email protected] including your name, email, and a description of your request. We will respond within 20 business days.
We use cookies and browser local storage for the session, authentication, and page features (for example, remembering your reservation or cart). You can control them from your browser, though some features may be affected.
The Service is intended for individuals and businesses aged 18 or older. We do not intentionally collect data from minors.
We may update this Policy. We keep each version with its effective date and record the version you accepted at checkout, with date and time, as evidence of your consent.
